I've never loved any television series as much as I love House. The show has stolen a little piece of my heart but I'm happy to give it away. House is without a doubt the most fascinatig, entertaining and funniest show ever to have been on television anywhere in the world.
Hugh Laurie breathes fresh life into the medical genre with his complex character. His wildly entertaining take on the imperfect but excellent misanthrope that is Dr. House anchors the show and distinguishes it from the pack of other dramas. Laurie's timing is flawless and he can easily switch between the irreverent and the tragic. His performance is absolutely brilliant.
The supporting cast is also very, very impressive. The varied characters, witty humour, thought-provoking themes, medical mysteries, haunting music, meticulous pacing and outstanding writing make every installment memorable. I truly love everything about this show. House is beyond exceptional.
